Dr. Sari Dewi, Ph.D.

Head of Wellness Programming

Credentials: Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology; Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500; Certified Breathwork Facilitator (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance); Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher.

Bio: Dr. Dewi is the visionary behind our transformative wellness retreats. Bio: Kai has been chasing waves across the Indonesian archipelago for over two decades. His intimate knowledge of Sumba’s challenging and rewarding surf breaks is second to none. He is passionate about surf etiquette and safety, ensuring guests have an incredible experience while respecting the local surf culture. Beyond the waves, Kai leads our trekking and coastal exploration adventures, bringing a wealth of knowledge about the local ecology and a commitment to leave-no-trace principles. Rambu Ana Konda

Cultural Liaison & Community Manager

Credentials: B.A. in Cultural Anthropology (Universitas Gadjah Mada); Born and raised in a traditional Sumbanese village in West Sumba.

Bio: Rambu is our bridge to the heart of Sumbanese culture. As a member of a respected local clan, she provides invaluable guidance, ensuring our interactions with local communities are authentic, respectful, and mutually beneficial.
